Office Policy Regarding Winter Weather
For the most part Texas is insulated from down-time due to Winter Weather. The information below is our guide for those rare occasions when an ice storm or accumulating snow fall forces us to temporarily adjust hours or close an office.
Our policy is to follow the local school districts in deciding whether to shorten the office hours or close entirely. Only offices affected by winter weather will be closed and those unaffected will continue to service customers.

In the extremely rare case that all offices are closed concurrently due to inclimate weather, customers may call First Clearing directly at 1-877-549-1390 to complete any service requests such as money wires, journals, transfers, etc. Trades however cannot be accepted by this group. Customers may login to on-line account access to place orders. If a customer does not yet have an on-line id or experiences a problem placing an order, he or she may call the on-line help desk at 1-877-488-3748.
